Shipping Info: All items will ship through UPS by ground, or the standard shipping method for outside U.S. delivery, 1-2 days after the confirmation of purchase. Pre-ordered products will be delivered as soon as they become available, and fans will not be charged before hand.
Return Policy: If item is damaged on delivery, return old item for a new one. We will not cover shipping costs of return delivery. Lost items, once confirmed to be lost by UPS, will be resent once more after a reconfirmation of mailing address.
